Communication support — Primum Mobile Investment Communications Agency is the first and for the time being the only Russian agency working at the juncture of strategic communications, reputation management and investor relations. Our partner’s activity is focused on provision of full range of services to companies implementing investment development programs.

Research and information support  — Centre for Studying Business-to-Authorities Interrelationship Issues  — was established in 2006 on the basis of State University ‘Higher School of Economics’ for carrying out research and consulting activity in the field of lobbying, government relations and corporate social responsibility.

The Centre ensures research and information support through collection and analysis of publicly available information provided by experts working in various subdivisions of governmental bodies and co-operating with the Centre. The Centre for Studying Business-to-Authorities Interrelationship Issues gathers and analyses information on political structures and public figures vested with strategic decision-making authorities, conducts an in-depth analysis of the business development environment, carries out expert polls of subject specialists, as well as state employees and legislators regulating specific branches.

Consulting support — «Constitutional Reforms Fund (Nonprofit Institution) » — was founded in 1992 by members and experts of the Constitutional Commission of the Russian Federation. It was revived in 2007 at the initiative of O.G.Rumyantsev with the support of Russian and foreign constitutionalists of different generations. The fund pursues various public projects aimed at preserving and studying the constitutional heritage of modern Russia, as well as public assistance to further development of the constitutional system and democratic law-governed state in the Russian Federation.

Visual communications — Post#1 / PostGoodDesign Creative Group carries out multipurpose developments in the field of visual communications. The sphere of professional expertise covers corporate style, strategic consulting, promotion concepts, product branding, graphic design, illustration, non-standard art projects.
